In March 2024, we opened our third coworking space on the European mainland, this time in the Belgian capital.
Clockwise Brussels is our second coworking space in Belgium, after having opened our doors in Antwerp earlier this year.

About Clockwise Brussels
Clockwise Brussels is located in the iconic Arts 44 building, a former business centre and bank building on the Avenue des Arts (Kunstlaan) in Brussels. The building has been completely renovated by the BPC Group, transforming the property into eight floors of contemporary coworking spaces.
Clockwise occupied the building, which is now one of the largest coworking spaces in Brussels and Belgium.
Workstations, private offices & more
At Clockwise, you can work the way you want. All eight floors of our building are equipped with rooms and spaces to suit every work style. Whether you are a freelancer, working remotely or looking for a (temporary) location for your team: at Clockwise, you are sure to find what you are looking for.

- Our hot desks are available for anyone to use. There is no need to book in advance and you can sit wherever you want.
- Dedicated desks are for those who like the freedom of a coworking space but still want their own workstation. If you have a dedicated desk, it will be reserved for you every day, so no one else can use it. Each desk also comes with a locker. Here you can store important items when you are not present.
- Our private offices are ideal to rent as a start-up or small organisation. The offices are fully furnished. Plus, you can customise them to meet your needs. The offices can be securely locked to prevent others from entering. If you rent a private office, you can also officially register your organisation at our address.

In addition to the workstations and private offices, Clockwise Brussels also has:
-
-
- meeting rooms where you can get together with clients, partners, etc
- printing areas where you can print your important documents
- telephone booths to make phone calls without having to go outside
- event rooms where you can organise events or meetings, including optional catering.
-
At the very top of the building, on the 8th floor, there is also a focus zone. This zone has several seating areas with comfortable chairs and tables. You can come here when you really need to focus on your work, when you need a change of scenery during the day or when you want to enjoy the beautiful view over Brussels. Inspiration is never far away. You’re sure to be inspired.
Membership or day pass? You decide
At Clockwise we work with monthly cancelable memberships and fixed monthly prices. In addition to memberships, we also offer day passes, which are perfect if you want to try out our coworking for the first time or if you only intend to visit us sporadically.
All amenities you need to be productive and assured
In addition to the workstations and different spaces, Clockwise Brussels also offers a number of amenities that help to create a pleasant and stimulating working environment.
-
-
- There are kitchenettes on each floor. Here you can enjoy free coffee, tea, water, fruit and snacks. Delicious soft drinks are also available at reasonable prices.
- There are various lounges and seating areas where you can relax and chat with colleagues throughout the working day.
- Two Hands Café, our in-house breakfast, coffee and lunch bar, offers a delicious breakfast, lunch or snack every working day. The Two Hands Café can also be booked for catering if you are organising an event in one of the event rooms.

The Clockwise Brussels building is also a serviced building. We have a reception counter, security during working hours, a maintenance team to keep the building clean and a technical support team to help with internet and other technical problems.
Clockwise Brussels is also accessible 24 hours a day. This means you can come in and work whenever you want.

A beautiful neighbourhood in the heart of Brussels
Clockwise Brussels is not just a fantastic coworking space because of its amenities. You’ll also find that we’re located in one of the most beautiful areas of Brussels.
For example, our coworking space is just a stone’s throw away from the Royal Palace, the working palace of the royal family, and Warande Park, the capital’s oldest park. Both the park and the palace gardens are open all year round and free to visit, making them perfect for an afternoon stroll or a break.
There are also several nice places to eat and drink nearby, as well as a gym.
Finally, Clockwise Brussels is located close to the Brussels inner ring road. This makes the building easily accessible by car. Good to know, though, that finding a parking space in the area is often rather difficult.
But not to worry. Our building is also easily accessible via public transport, by bicycle or on foot.
In other words: it is always easy to get to your favourite new coworking space in Brussels!
