Building the Clockwise brand as we continue to grow

With a background in hotel operations and new site openings, Katy Tennant joins the team as our new Head of Brand Excellence.


As we scale and build our presence in the UK and Europe, it is vital that we roll out a clearly defined set of standards and provide all teams with the tools they need to work effectively. Tasked with this role, Katy brings with her a wealth of knowledge from her hospitality experience, both in the UK and abroad.

Discussing her new role, she had this to say, “I’m looking forward to having a positive impact on the business and ensuring a defined set of standards are in place across all areas to reinforce a consistent Clockwise experience throughout our locations.

Brand identity is integral to our future success whether that be to our members, colleagues, investors, vendors, or our communities. It’s important we have standards in place that can help us scale and grow at pace as we look to expand, both in the UK and internationally.

Part of my role will be to balance the consistency of our brand standards whilst ensuring we maintain the individual personality and identity of each location. Luckily, we have great teams across all Clockwise locations who bring their own personalities to work every day; our people will play an instrumental role in the success of the brand by living and breathing the Clockwise standards and values.”
