Stress can have a negative impact on our personal and work lives. Clockwise Belfast have teamed up with AWARE NI to deliver a “Mood Matters” workshop to members.
This workshop will cover the skills and techniques to help our members look after their mental health, manage feelings of stress, worry or depression and help them cope with challenges in the workplace and at home. Available to Clockwise members only, refreshments will also be on offer during the workshop.
