Piers Linney – SME champion and former Dragons’ Den judge – will be visiting Clockwise Exeter on as part of a 10 city nationwide tour around the UK to help small businesses with the huge challenges they are facing as a result of COVID and Brexit.
Open to Clockwise members and businesses in the Exeter chamber of commerce, Piers will be engaging with small business owners and entrepreneurs, and running a ‘business clinic’ providing one on one support and advice on the challenges local businesses are facing.
Piers will also be launching ‘Pitch to Piers’; an opportunity for one small business to be awarded a grant of £10,000 through demonstrating how their innovation and use of technology has enabled them to survive and thrive through the pandemic and beyond.
Piers is at the heart of the small business community in Britain and has been a campaigning voice for small businesses that withstood the worst of the lockdown. He is a passionate advocate for the millions of small business owners nationwide that are the backbone of the economy but routinely overlooked.
