Key responsibilities

  • Managing the reception desk, coordinating post and deliveries, welcoming visitors and members to the building
  • Help arranging member events, social get togethers, educational speaker events and everything in between
  • Dealing with member requests, from meeting room bookings to WIFI set up
  • Dealing with meeting room bookings, set up and clear downs
  • Assisting with membership enquiries

Key skills and experience

  • Customer service and admin experience is desirable
  • Hospitality or flex space experience is advantageous

Working pattern
Office hours, Monday to Friday.
Occasional requirements for evening work for community events.
