Key responsibilities
- Managing the reception desk, coordinating post and deliveries, welcoming visitors and members to the building
- Help arranging member events, social get togethers, educational speaker events and everything in between
- Dealing with member requests, from meeting room bookings to WIFI set up
- Dealing with meeting room bookings, set up and clear downs
- Assisting with membership enquiries
Key skills and experience
- Customer service and admin experience is desirable
- Hospitality or flex space experience is advantageous
Working pattern
Office hours, Monday to Friday.
Occasional requirements for evening work for community events.
