This is a role with generalist HR admin focus, and supports all areas of the People team’s work
Reporting to the HR systems manager and director of people & culture, your role will be focused on the delivery of work across payroll, HR systems maintenance and work with our learning management platform.
Key focus of this role;
- UK & European payroll, monthly compilation and reporting
- Administration of our recruitment portal
- Content creation, upload and scheduling via our LMS platform Kallidus/Storyline
- Weekly and monthly reporting routines via our people system, Personio
- Colleague on/off boarding support
- Benefit enrolment management
- HR administration/records and reporting
- Updating wellness resources
- Scheduling meetings, taking part in ad-hoc research projects
The ideal candidate for this role will have;
- Solid understanding of Windows products. Intermediate excel and powerpoint
- Desire to develop within the HR field or to deliver a role where you are a lynch pin for the team
- Ability to work with detail routinely, compiling information, checking accuracy and working with multiple data source
This role can be based at any of our company team hub offices and will be a Monday to Friday office based role at either Glasgow, London or Manchester.
