Key responsibilities

We are seeking a Central Sales Executive to join the business in this newly created role.  
Working closely with potential customers, agents and brokers, and colleagues across the business, you will act as the first point of contact for incoming leads. Your goal is to qualify the lead and schedule a tour, ensuring we have all the information relevant for the tour with the GM or sales lead at location.  
Relationship building is key within this role – from the first call onward, you will look out for the details to understand what matters to the client, qualifying the lead and passing it on to your location team colleagues with all the information they need to conduct a great tour and close the deal.   
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commercial and trading performance

  • Responding to incoming enquiries, qualifying leads from agents, brokers, and direct digital channels. 
  • Matching qualified leads to Clockwise availability across various products, including private offices, co-working, and meeting rooms
  • Booking and confirming tours, administering them in line with brand standards, and confirming them as required.  
  • Managing our leads pipeline and being responsible for maximising tours from  direct digital and agent and brokers channels
  • Contacting prospects who have downloaded our brochure, building collateral  or requested further information. 
  • Proactive outreach to drive lead volumes
  • Manage inbound leads from designated sources, outreach, and drive tours booked and increase lead flow.
  • Sending of company-wide sales incentives via HubSpot in alignment with the central sales and marketing strategy

 
People, community and Culture 

  • Leverage existing referral relationships and continuously seek new connections to drive Clockwise Brand and book tours. 
  • Act as key point of contact for availability to support our agent and broker manager in building and maintaining strong relationships and engagement to maximise leads from this channel
  • Adhoc sales pipeline coverage – covered occasionally due to AL or unplanned leave. 

 
Systems and Reporting

  • Ensure all enquiries are responded to and entered into our CRM (HubSpot) within one hour, accurately as per brand standards. 
  • Ensuring all lead and contact data from direct & broker channels is accurate and up to date in HubSpot
  • Manage hello @ clockwise email inbox actioning sales enquiries and forwarding emails where necessary to relevant locations
  • Where required, assist with central sales reporting.
  • Provide feedback to management on lead quality, trends and market intelligence

Key skills and experience

  • Proven track record in business development, preferably in the real estate, office solutions, or related industries. 
  • Experience with lead sourcing, pipeline management, and achieving sales targets. 
  • Proficient in using Customer Management Systems (CMS), with specific experience in HubSpot preferred. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients effectively. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Organised, proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for results. 

Working pattern

9:00 – 17.30 BST, Monday to Friday with occasional requirement for evening and weekend work
