What additional facilities are available?
All Clockwise buildings have a variety of shared spaces, including comfortable lounges, breakout spaces, meeting rooms and soundproof phone booths. Many also offer spacious terraces for alfresco meetings and relaxing lunches; with on-site cafés providing convenient spots to grab a bite to eat.

Do you have a referral scheme?
If you are a current Clockwise member, or have been in the last 18 months, you are eligible to refer a contact to Clockwise. If that contact becomes a member, you’ll receive a monetary reward amounting to 20% of their first month’s office rental fee. Find out more
Do you allow pets?
We are dog friendly however dogs are not permitted in our café areas for hygiene reasons. All dogs must be supervised at all times, are not permitted on furniture and should be kept on leads in shared spaces. All dog owners are asked to be mindful of other members when bringing their pet into work. If you wish to bring your dog into a Clockwise space you will need to notify your building team in advance, provide specific details, agree to the usage terms and sign a liability waiver.
Is WiFi included and if so, how secure is the connection?
WiFi is included in all memberships through our shared "Clockwise Office" network. The bandwidth provided is 25Mbps per client and all Clockwise networks employ industry-leading and certified Next Generation Firewalls. These protect against malware and unexpected attacks using continuous threat intelligence from AI-powered security services. In addition to our standard Clockwise Office network, we also offer members the option to add various enhanced security features at additional cost.
Do you offer parking facilities?
Many Clockwise buildings offer parking facilities, from private spaces available to reserve to discounted parking in local car parks. Our locations are extremely well connected, offering numerous transport links and most also provide bike storage and showers for those who cycle, walk or run to work. What are your opening hours?
All Clockwise buildings are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our reception and club lounge areas are open from 8.30am until 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Can I book a meeting room if I’m not a member?
Our meeting rooms are available to book by both Clockwise members and non-members. We have a variety of meeting rooms available across all locations; fully equipped with tech to create a seamless experience. Clockwise members receive preferential rates on meeting room bookings along with complimentary refreshments. Find out more
Do you offer day passes?
All Clockwise buildings offer day passes, providing a chance to work somewhere different and the opportunity to make new connections. Day passes can be purchased directly from the building teams by completing the enquiry form. Find out more
Can I have visitors/guests?
Our private office members are permitted to have visitors. All guests must sign in at reception and the team will inform the member of their arrival. For our dedicated desk and club members, visitors are permitted for up to one hour. If they wish to stay longer, they can purchase a day pass or book one of our meeting rooms.
Can I use my Clockwise membership at all Clockwise buildings?
Currently, memberships are only valid at the location where they have been purchased. However, we are often able to accommodate requests to work from another Clockwise building for a limited time. We are working on a membership type which will allow access to multiple locations and more information will be available soon.
Will someone help me with my move in?
Our building teams are happy to suggest local removal companies to assist you with your move in. Please contact them directly with any specific requests.
Can I decorate my office?
The office space is yours to decorate as you’d like however, any significant branding works will need to be approved by the Clockwise team. Upon leaving us, members are responsible for the cost of returning the space to its original condition.
Will I need to bring anything for my new office?
We provide furniture (desks and chairs) and can facilitate bespoke requests as an additional service.
How much notice do I need to give when I’m ready to leave?
As little as one month but never more than three. (Unless you’ve asked us for a longer notice period)
How quickly can I move in once I’ve signed my lease?
As soon as you’d like. Our spaces are fully fitted out and ready when you are.
Are there any hidden fees?
All costs are communicated up front and everything is covered by one monthly fee, allowing you to manage your company’s finances easily. Our memberships include utilities, wifi, cleaning and business rates so you don’t need to worry about any hidden costs. About Us
Do you offer any discounts for longer term or bigger space requirements?
All Clockwise memberships offer a substantial saving over traditional office space and our handy tool can help you work out the cost saving for your business. We work with our members to find the best solution for them. View the Cost Calculator
What sort of deposit do you need?
We require a minimum deposit of two months for our private office and dedicated desk memberships and one month’s deposit for club lounge members. Our virtual office and day pass options do not require any deposit.
How do you work out the pricing?
Our pricing is calculated per desk. All Clockwise members also benefit from access to our shared lounges, breakout spaces, kitchens and soundproof phonebooths, and access to book meeting rooms.
Do you offer part-time or hybrid options?
Our private offices can be designed to suit hybrid ways of working; with communal tables, lounge seating and bespoke layouts. We can provide a fully dedicated design team able to consult with you on creating the ideal office space to suit your preferred way of working. We don’t offer part-time memberships. Find out more
How flexible are you really?
Most of our memberships are available with monthly rolling licences and all require no upfront costs. Larger offices may have three-month terms, offering bigger businesses more security without being tied into lengthy contracts.
