Clockwise Southampton, located at Mountbatten House – one of the city’s most prestigious landmark offices are currently on the look out for a Community Coordinator to join our friendly team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver the Clockwise Customer journey to all visitors, tenants and members.
- Participate in the creation of content suggestions for social media
- Generate ideas/take part in planning and operational delivery of member
event programming - Manage post and deliveries to the building, and incoming calls
- Manage access control requests for new and departing tenants, colleagues,
and members - Sign in contractors to the building in line with the agreed standards.
Key skills and experience
Hospitality and customer service experience is advantageous.
Working pattern
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Office hours with occasional requirement to work evenings for events.
