Key responsibilities

  • Arranging member events, social get togethers, educational speaker events and everything in between
  • Receptionist duties including administrative tasks and managing post and deliveries 
  • Welcoming visitors and members to the building
  • Dealing with member requests, from meeting room bookings to WIFI set up – you will be the go to person
  • Dealing with meeting room bookings, set up and clear downs
  • Dealing with membership enquiries

Key skills and experience

You will have experience in customer service, ideally from a hospitality or flex-space background, and hold an interest in creating and coordinating all different types of events.

Working pattern

Office hours with occasional require to work evenings for events
