Community coordinator

We’re looking for a community coordinator to support the team at Clockwise Cardiff



The community assistant will support our on site team and help to manage our reception, club lounge and meeting rooms.

Clockwise Cardiff, located in the iconic Brunel House building is growing as we expand our already thriving community with some beautiful new private offices, dedicated desks and meeting rooms. With this comes the need to expand the building team at this stunning location.

We are looking for customer focused, hands on team members who love a challenge and a role where every days is different and the focus is on looking after our members to ensure all the hard work of running an office is taken care of. The role of community coordinator is a great opportunity for individuals looking for a step into the flexible office world in a company where there are excellent opportunities for growth and development.

Key responsibilities:
– Welcoming visitors and members to the building
– Dealing with member requests, from meeting room bookings to WIFI set up – you will be the go to person
– Managing post and deliveries
– Dealing with meeting room bookings, set up and clear downs
– Arranging member events, social get togethers, educational speaker events and everything in between
– Dealing with membership enquiries

As community coordinator you will work Monday to Friday. Hours of work will vary slightly with some requirement for evening work. This is a salaried, full time role.
