Clockwise has truly become a force to be reckoned with, now boasting an impressive 15 locations and counting. Our vibrant spaces are more than just offices; they foster creativity, collaboration, and success. This year, we proudly added Brussels and The Hague to our list of locations, solidifying our presence in key European cities. Our reach continued to grow as we celebrated the official launch of Clockwise Manchester. Additionally, we expanded our space in Southampton and Leeds.
The year marked a significant milestone with the launch of the Clockwise Campus, the first-ever workspace in the metaverse. This groundbreaking initiative reflects our commitment to embracing emerging technologies and providing innovative solutions to our members.
One of the architectural gems in our portfolio, Bromley Old Town Hall celebrated an official launch with more than 150 guests attending and was also successfully removed from the Heritage at Risk register, a testament to our commitment to preserving and revitalising historic landmarks.
A highlight of 2023 was our success at renowned award ceremonies. We were shortlisted for 17 awards and are very proud to share that we won six, such as the FlexSa, Women in Business, Exeter, and Cardiff Property Awards. These awards not only acknowledge our dedication to excellence but also motivate us to continue pushing boundaries and setting new standards in the flexible workspace industry.
In our commitment to sustainability, 23% of Clockwise colleagues joined our Green Committee. The committee’s objective is to foster collaboration, idea sharing, and feedback on initiatives, and serve as an information hub for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters. We are dedicated to making positive changes to people, places, and the planet, as we strive towards a more sustainable future.
In terms of team growth, we welcomed 31 new members to the Clockwise family. Each new addition brings unique talents and perspectives, contributing to the diverse and dynamic culture that defines Clockwise.
We understand the importance of prioritising the wellbeing of our colleagues. In 2023, Clockwise invested over 400 Wellness Hours, ensuring that our team’s health and happiness remain at the forefront of our priorities.
