This year marked significant strides in Clockwise’s ESG journey. In this roundup, we revisit our key sustainability accomplishments and share what lies ahead in our 2026 Positive Impact Strategy.
Planet Mark – Carbon Footprint
After a review and consideration of many certifications and accreditations we are proud to form a partnership with Planet Mark. They are an internationally recognised leader in net zero certification, with 12+ years of experience in helping organisations to reduce carbon emissions. Using 2024 as our baseline year we have measured our carbon emissions across Scopes 1, 2 and extended Scope 3 categories to ensure a full inventory carbon footprint; using this data we will start to focus on our priority areas for reduction over the coming years.
The Louise By Clockwise
The opening of The Louise By Clockwise marks a new chapter in sustainable workplace design. The building, developed by real estate fund Patrizia, incorporates a hybrid air-sourced heat pump, solar panels on the roof, and rainwater harvesting from both the roof and terraces, significantly reducing energy and water consumption. Solar-reflecting, heat-blocking glazing helps regulate indoor temperatures, while advanced air quality controls ensure a healthy environment for all. Outside, insect hotels support local biodiversity, and EV charging stations encourage low-emission commuting. Every element of this building reflects our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and positive environmental impact.
Recycling
In 2025 we became fully compliant with the Simpler Recycling Regulations in England, using the opportunity to improve our recycling operations across the entire Clockwise portfolio. We installed clearer waste streams and signage for members and began sharing transparent monthly data to encourage members to help us improve our recycling rates.
Member reporting
We provided members with 171 bespoke data reports to help them measure their carbon footprint, comply with environmental regulations, or work toward certifications such as B Corp. This is a significant rise from the 35 member data requests in 2024 and highlights how environmental measurement and management are becoming priorities for more businesses. Offering this level of insight and support is an important part of the value we aim to deliver at Clockwise; giving members a clearer understanding of their impact, empowering them to meet their own sustainability goals, and helping them demonstrate responsible practices to stakeholders.

Environmental Events
In 2025, we delivered a vibrant programme of environmental events across our locations – added value that makes being part of Clockwise even more rewarding. From interactive recycling workshops in Glasgow and sustainability expos in The Hague, to hands-on planting activities in Exeter, Cheltenham and Belfast, members had countless opportunities to learn, create and engage with greener living. Earth Day celebrations saw our teams in Antwerp and Leeds giving out flower and fruit seeds, while in Manchester, donated glass jars were transformed into wildflower seed shakers for members to spread across the city. These activities not only brought our communities together, but also helped inspire practical, everyday actions toward a more sustainable future.
2026 Strategy
Looking ahead to 2026, we’ve been revisiting our Positive Impact Strategy and realigning it alongside our work with Planet Mark and other environmental certifications, such as ISO 14001, to ensure that we are making the biggest impact across our main areas of operation and beginning to reduce emissions across Scopes 1, 2 and 3.
As we move into next year, we will continue measuring our carbon footprint and looking at ways in which we can reduce our emissions and improve our overall positive impact on the environment.
