Printing and scanning: Printing stations are located in all buildings, designed to provide secure copying, scanning, and printing. Includes a 50-mono-sheet allowance each month per license agreement.

Meeting rooms: Whether you need to meet face-to-face, dial in, log on, or do it all at once, our specially designed meeting rooms come fully equipped with A/V for a consistent attendee experience. Our award-winning, vendor-agnostic UC platform enables members to use the conferencing platform of their choice from their own device.

Dedicated bandwidth: We offer the option to upgrade your connection to high-performance internet exclusively for your employees, featuring enhanced security and improved speeds. Flexible packages range from 50 mbps to 200 mbps.

Private wired VLAN: For extra security and integrity, especially if you’re managing large amounts of confidential and sensitive data, we can set you up with a fully segregated and secure private wired VLAN.

Private wireless SSID: If you need to work flexibly around the building but retain secure access to your own network, we can broadcast your exclusive wireless SSID, keeping you online and on track.

Network setup: If you need to reconfigure IPs as part of your move-in, stabilize connections to devices, create secure connections to cloud-based services, or enhance security and data integrity, we have various options. Speak to our tech team about a dedicated public static IP or a secure VPN.

Rack space hosting: Not everything is cloud-based, and you may need physical storage for your hardware. We provide secured, temperature-controlled comms rooms to host your hardware.

Telephony: We can set you up with VoIP phone service, whether you need a number and handsets or want to bring your own. Our flexible system comes with standard telephony features (like voicemail and call forwarding) and integrates easily with other apps.
