Initially applying for an Assistant Manager position, it quickly became clear that Rachel was a perfect fit for the General Manager role at Clockwise Belfast and we haven’t looked back since.

“The company culture at Clockwise is extremely connected something we’re proud to achieve considering we are so divided geographically. There is a strong network of support and care for each employee, and this is considered on daily basis.
In addition to my day-to-day role, I have the pleasure of working on projects which will help shape the future of the company. I proudly serve as Mental Health Champion, fostering a supportive and nurturing work environment while creating multiple training programmes for other colleagues in the business to learn and develop.
As I look to the future, I am excited to continue my journey at Clockwise. As the business continues to grow, we must keep standards high and exceed expectations. It is my ambition to drive success at each site and ensure every aspect of a member’s experience from onboarding to events is delivered to the highest standard.”
