Alexandra Livesey, Chief Operating Officer
Alex is responsible for leading the Clockwise business strategy, setting an ambitious goal for the brand; to become the leading flexible workspace operator in Europe. Her extensive career as a COO and senior director in the hospitality and flexible workspace industry, has equipped Alex with a wealth of knowledge; allowing her to steer Clockwise safely through the pandemic. A thought leader in the industry, with a keen eye for detail and design, her growth mindset has propelled businesses growth with Clockwise now operating in 14 locations, including our first in Europe. With further openings planned over the coming year, Alex continues to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
James Grabiner , Chief Financial Officer
A chartered accountant with a commercial mindset, James has a track record of developing financial infrastructure, crafting business strategy and driving performance. His vast experience leading finance teams in the flexible workspace sector allowed him to successfully guide Clockwise through a period of rapid expansion, while navigating the challenges of COVID-19 and lockdown. Diplomatic and determined, James adds value to Clockwise beyond numbers, contributing to the product and wider business objectives.
Heather Gray, Director of Sales
Previously Head of Customer Development for Bruntwood Works, Heather has a wealth of experience in the property and professional services industry. Well respected and trusted within the industry, and with an overwhelming list of achievements under her belt, she is instrumental to the success of the Clockwise expansion. Strong leadership skills coupled with her vast experience, equip her to effectively lead the overarching sales strategy. Her consultative approach allows her to manage existing relationships to maximise revenue, with a strong commercial mindset to identify opportunities to generate new business for Clockwise.
Katy Tennant, Director of Operations
Initially tasked with rolling out a clearly defined set of brand standards across all locations, Katy now heads up the operations function at Clockwise. A successful multi-site leader, she has over 10 years of branded operational experience; covering an extensive portfolio of well-known hospitality brands, both in the UK and across multiple international markets. Her attention to detail and project management expertise set her up perfectly to support and guide the Clockwise team as we grow.
Penny Brewer, Marketing Director
A dedicated marketeer with previous roles across a range of industries; from De Beers diamonds to desks; Penny brings to Clockwise a proven track record of delivering multi-faceted communication strategies to drive commercial success and build long term brand equity. Utilising her wide-ranging experience, combined with her passion for marketing, she is well placed to evolve the Clockwise brand and deliver it successfully to market.
Jo Sweeney, Director of People & Culture
A specialist in recruitment and HR for the hospitality and flexible workplace industry, Jo is responsible for bringing to life the Clockwise brand promise through people and service. With a focus on wellbeing and professional development, Jo believes that the team are what set us apart and strives to bring out the best in everyone, both personally and professionally. A combination of experience; including operations, HR in-house and consultancy; means Jo is well placed to lead the Clockwise people strategy, focusing on attracting and retaining the best talent.
Adam Skolik, Head of IT
An accomplished IT manager with over 10 years of industry experience, Adam has held a variety of roles across a number of sectors, from the drinks industry to software development brands and hospitality. With exposure to all levels including hands-on infrastructure support, leadership, strategy and management, he brings a wealth of knowledge to Clockwise. His understanding of operations and ability to forward plan, make him well placed to deliver new technology; future proofing all Clockwise sites and facilitating the working environment of tomorrow.
Julian Malone, Head of Facilities Management
With two decades of experience in facilities and asset management working at Regus and Landmark, Julian brings a wealth of knowledge to Clockwise. Combining a fresh outlook and the ability to identify new opportunities, with the knowledge he has gained working with two of the most established office providers, Julian is perfectly suited to lead the integration of people, place and process within the Clockwise buildings.
