Alexandra Livesey, Chief Operating Officer

Alex is responsible for leading the Clockwise business strategy, setting an ambitious goal for the brand; to become the leading flexible workspace operator in Europe. Her extensive career as a COO and Senior Director in the hospitality and flexible workspace industry, has equipped Alex with a wealth of knowledge. A thought leader in the industry, with a keen eye for detail and design, her growth mindset has propelled businesses growth with Clockwise now operating in 17 locations, including four in Europe. With further openings planned over the coming year, Alex continues to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.

James Grabiner , Chief Financial Officer

A chartered accountant with a commercial mindset, James has a track record of developing financial infrastructure, crafting business strategy and driving performance. His vast experience leading finance teams in the flexible workspace sector allowed him to successfully guide Clockwise through a period of rapid expansion. Diplomatic and determined, James adds value to Clockwise beyond numbers, contributing to the product and wider business objectives.

Heather Gray, Director of Sales

Previously Head of Customer Development for Bruntwood Works, Heather has a wealth of experience in the property and professional services industry. Well respected and trusted within the industry, and with an overwhelming list of achievements under her belt, she is instrumental to the success of the Clockwise expansion. Strong leadership skills coupled with her vast experience, equip her to effectively lead the overarching sales strategy. Her consultative approach allows her to manage existing relationships to maximise revenue, with a strong commercial mindset to identify opportunities to generate new business for Clockwise.

Katy Tennant, Director of Operations

Initially tasked with rolling out a clearly defined set of brand standards across all locations, Katy now heads up the operations function at Clockwise. A successful multi-site leader, she has over 10 years of branded operational experience; covering an extensive portfolio of well-known hospitality brands, both in the UK and across multiple international markets. Her attention to detail and project management expertise set her up perfectly to support and guide the Clockwise team as we grow.

Utilising her wide-ranging experience, combined with her passion for marketing, she is well placed to evolve the Clockwise brand and deliver it successfully to market.

A combination of experience; including operations, HR in-house and consultancy; means Jo is well placed to lead the Clockwise people strategy, focusing on attracting and retaining the best talent.

With exposure to all levels including hands-on infrastructure support, leadership, strategy and management, he brings a wealth of knowledge to Clockwise. His understanding of operations and ability to forward plan, make him well placed to deliver new technology; future proofing all Clockwise sites and facilitating the working environment of tomorrow.
