We are looking for a community assistant to join us in our beautiful location in Manchester.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and members to the building
- Managing post and deliveries
- Help arranging member events, social get togethers, educational speaker events and everything in between
- Dealing with member requests, from meeting room bookings to WIFI set up – you will be the go to person
- Dealing with meeting room bookings, set up and clear downs
- Dealing with membership enquiries
Key skills and experience
- Customer service and admin experience is desirable
- Hospitality or flex space experience is advantageous
Working pattern
Office hours, Monday to Friday with occasional requirement for evening work for events
