Key responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and members to the building
  • Help arranging member events, social get togethers, educational speaker events and everything in between
  • Dealing with member requests, from meeting room bookings to WIFI set up – you will be the go to person
  • Assisting the receptionist with managing post and deliveries
  • Dealing with meeting room bookings, set up and clear downs
  • Dealing with membership enquiries

Key skills and experience

  • Customer service and admin experience is desirable
  • Hospitality or flex space experience is advantageous

Working pattern

Monday to Friday with occasional evening work for events
