Clockwise Expands Brussels Presence

A New Chapter in Flexible Workspace at The Louise

We’re thrilled to announce a significant milestone in Clockwise’s journey: our first independent management agreement with real estate fund Patrizia for The Louise, Brussels. This exciting development not only marks our second location in this vibrant European capital but also represents a strategic evolution in our growth trajectory. 

Situated in the prestigious Avenue Louise district at number 149, our newest workspace sits at the heart of Brussels’ business and luxury retail quarter. Nestled among five-star hotels, flagship luxury stores, and the offices of BEL20 companies and leading law firms, The Louise building will offer approximately 3,350 sq. m of premium flexible workspace when it opens in Summer 2025. 

The success of our first Brussels location, which opened in 2022 and quickly reached mature occupancy, gave us the confidence to expand further in this dynamic market. Our recent opening in Antwerp has also seen tremendous interest, confirming Belgium’s position as a crucial hub for our European expansion.

Supporting Local Growth

This expansion isn’t just about adding square meters – it’s about creating opportunities. We’re planning to hire seven dedicated staff members to ensure our signature Clockwise experience is delivered consistently. Each team member will undergo comprehensive training to maintain the high standards our members have come to expect across our UK and European locations. 

A New Chapter in Our Growth Story

This management agreement with Patrizia represents more than just a new location – it’s a blueprint for our future growth. While we proudly maintain our owner-operator relationship with Castleforge, this new partnership model allows us to accelerate our expansion while working with external landlords through management agreements and independent leases. 

The addition of The Louise to our portfolio represents our 18th opening since 2017, and we couldn’t be more excited about this new chapter in our story.
