Vicki joined the Senior Leadership Team in July 2024 as Head of Food and Beverage, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Having spent much of her career creating great experiences for people, she was drawn to Clockwise for a familiar reason – its culture.
“It was the culture and vibe I felt from my interview process that attracted me to Clockwise,” Vicki explains. “Culture shapes how you feel about work, yourself at work, and how you interact with your colleagues. Clockwise has a supportive, positive and inclusive culture, where everyone feels they’re working towards the same goal, together.”
Looking ahead, she has a clear vision for her role: to create a self-sufficient events business and develop an industry-leading Food & Beverage offer that reflects the individuality of each Clockwise building. “We have beautiful spaces that make perfect event venues,” she adds. “There’s huge potential to build something special.”
For Vicki, the most exciting part of Clockwise is being part of a business that encourages innovation and flexibility. “I love working for a company that’s ambitious and strives to be a market leader,” she says.
