Leaving 2023 as Sales Support Manager and entering 2024 as the Key Account Manager UK & EU, Kate is excited to continue her professional and personal development at Clockwise.

Kate has flourished over the past 16 months in her roles at Clockwise. Initially joining as the Sales Support Manager in October 2022, she collaborated closely with Heather, Director of Sales, to craft and execute sales strategies, with a particular focus on key sites and partnerships with agents and brokers. As the calendar turned to 2024, Kate transitioned into her new role of Key Account Manager for the UK & EU, a testament to her adaptability and drive. 

Kate has found ample opportunities for learning and growth through hands-on experience and collaboration with the “incredibly supportive Senior Leadership Team during various projects”. Kate characterised this experience by saying “having worked in property my entire career it’s refreshing to be in a company with such a huge portion of female senior leaders. Clockwise genuinely take the time to listen to feedback and create a culture that is genuine”. 

Kate’s confidence in her ability to learn and progress at Clockwise is unwavering as she says, “I have all the right tools and people around me to continue my professional and personal development at Clockwise.” She’s particularly excited about the expansion of Clockwise into new cities and countries, which has already given her the opportunity to travel across the UK and into mainland Europe in her role.
