From General Manager at Clockwise Leeds to Regional Operations Manager for the North, UK in just three years.
During her time at Clockwise, Sinead has shown passion and support to everyone in all the tasks she undertakes. We knew these were going to be great qualities to have in our newest Regional Operations Manager. Sinead says, “Clockwise is thoughtful in its growth and constantly looks to create opportunities for colleagues to progress”. We are proud to say she has grabbed these opportunities and made them her own.
Her kind nature always shines through and Sinead has worked closely with other General Managers through the buddy programme. She has also completed all the management courses Clockwise offer and worked closely with an executive coach from MyndUp to improve her knowledge and skills.
We asked Sinead how she would describe Clockwise; “Inclusive, positive, authentic, and collaborative. I really enjoy working for a company where I can truly be myself and make an impact. I feel heard and that my contribution is really valued. I also feel grateful to be surrounded by our people; their experience and commitment to the company’s purpose, mission and vision is truly inspiring.
The next couple of years will be a real turning point for us and I am excited to watch our growth plans come to fruition. I feel I have already achieved a lot and I look forward to continuing to support the growth of the businesses.”
