Opened in March 2020, just as the COVID pandemic hit, Clockwise Edinburgh has gone from strength to strength with Steven at the helm. One of our wellbeing champions, colleague mental health is high on his agenda, as is the sustainable running of the building. With grand plans to one day take on the running of multiple Clockwise locations, he tells us why he chose to work for Clockwise and what he believes is the key to future success.

“Clockwise has an excellent culture. After years in the industry, I was ecstatic to come across a flexible workspace company with a clear vision and values, as well as a strong focus on employee wellbeing through the Wellness Champion programme and the Myndup partnership (free mindfulness and career coaching).

Clockwise is rapidly expanding, with several new locations on the way. It’s exciting to see our international footprint grow, our team expand, and colleagues have opportunities to advance.

I am a firm believer in prioritising people, the planet, and prosperity over profit at all costs. Clockwise is implementing a Positive Impact Strategy that emphasises this in everything we do and how we make business decisions. It is critical that we, as employees, play our part in this, and I am excited to see how we tackle this and become industry leaders.”
