Coming to Clockwise following a number of years in the hotel and restaurant industry, Thomas brings with him a determination to drive change and the desire to see all colleagues thrive. With the knowledge that automation is vital in the HR space, he has helped implemented a new learning management system, developed numerous new processes and has grand plans for the future.
Discussing the benefits of working at Clockwise and his hopes for the coming months, he said “ I would describe the culture here as friendly, professional and people-focused. I want to continue developing people systems and using them to their full potential as the business grows. I would like to take on more responsibility and to see the people team expand; helping to drive the business forward, retain the talent we have and attract new additions to the company.”
