To mark World Mental Health Day, Clockwise Wood Green are offering a programme of events throughout October reflecting the 7 pillars of wellbeing.

Spiritual Wellbeing

Meditation is a simple practice which can reduce stress, generate a sense of calm  and promote happiness. What better way to start your week than with a mindful meditation on our terrace.

Life coach Sandra Marshall will be taking to us about stress in workplace, building resilience and the importance of rest. Join us for three sessions, each lasting 45 minutes.

Join us for a talk, hosted by a guest speaker, about Sound Financial Management and how to achieve this. This will be a 30 minute talk followed by a Q&A session.
