Adam MacLeod is a founding figure in Clockwise, involved since its inception in 2017 while at Castleforge, the private equity real estate fund that established and backs the business. He brings an unparalleled understanding of the businesses company’s origins, culture, and long-term vision.

With an early career in corporate law at leading international firms, Adam developed a strong foundation in capital markets, complex transactions, and corporate governance. He joined Castleforge in 2015 and quickly rose through the ranks, being appointed Partner in 2022. He continues to play a central role in shaping Castleforge’s investment strategy and provides leadership across both investment operations and corporate oversight.

As CEO of Clockwise, Adam is guiding the business into its next phase of growth, with a sharpened focus on commercial performance, customer experience, and operational excellence. His appointment reflects a commitment to maintaining the company’s founding principles while scaling its presence and impact sustainably across markets.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Greg drives Clockwise’s revenue growth and market expansion, leading strategic initiatives that strengthen the company’s presence across the UK and propel its reach into international markets. 

With over a decade of expertise in the flexible workspace and PropTech sectors, his career includes senior leadership roles at WeWork, The Instant Group, and Desana. A thought leader in the industry with a proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence, he consistently delivers high-growth strategies, strengthens strategic partnerships, and achieves substantial commercial success. 

Driven by a passion for scaling high-performing teams and building robust, future-ready operations, Greg is committed to shaping the next generation of the flexible workspace sector. 

Initially tasked with rolling out a clearly defined set of brand standards across all locations, Katy now heads up the operations function at Clockwise. A successful multi-site leader, she has over 10 years of branded operational experience; covering an extensive portfolio of well-known hospitality brands, both in the UK and across multiple international markets. Her attention to detail and project management expertise set her up perfectly to support and guide the Clockwise team as we grow.

A specialist in recruitment and HR for the hospitality and flexible workplace industry, Jo is responsible for bringing to life the Clockwise brand promise through people and service. With a focus on wellbeing and professional development, Jo believes that the team are what set us apart and strives to bring out the best in everyone, both personally and professionally. A combination of experience; including operations, HR in-house and consultancy; means Jo is well placed to lead the Clockwise people strategy, focusing on attracting and retaining the best talent.

A dedicated marketeer with previous roles across a range of industries; from De Beers diamonds to desks; Penny brings to Clockwise a proven track record of delivering multi-faceted communication strategies to drive commercial success and build long term brand equity. Utilising her wide-ranging experience, combined with her passion for marketing, she is well placed to evolve the Clockwise brand and deliver it successfully to market.

Ben brings a wealth of expertise in overseeing the strategic growth and structure as Head of Facilities Management. A resourceful and multi-skilled high achiever, Ben’s extensive experience in the serviced office industry and outstanding work ethic positions him as a pivotal figure, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our facilities team. 

Victoria has an extensive background as a Food and Beverage Director in the hospitality industry, with experience in events, pubs, and bars. Throughout her career, she has forged lasting relationships and overseen many successful openings. Utilising her skills and knowledge of F&B, she is well–equipped to drive growth effectively in our expanding business.
